Events Spaces & Catering

The UC can accommodate a group up to 270 in our East Banquet Room; it can be partitioned for smaller groups as well. There are three smaller dining and meeting rooms for more intimate events and meals. For individual and corporate members, room rental fees are waived.  Non-members will be charged fees for room rental, due at time of reservation. Our East banquet room fee is $1,000. For UI departments, a 50% room deposit is due at time of reservation.

Seating up to 50 people (and no minimum), the Iowa Room is a fantastic place for business meetings, membership meetings, private events, or other functions.

With seating for up to 12 people (and no minimum), the VIP room is an excellent private dining choice for your next board meeting.

The East Room one seats up to 125 people, and includes a bar and small sundeck. Also included is access to Data Projector, Podium/mic, two wireless handheld mics, lavalier mic, CD Player, and two easels.

The East Room 2 offers a bar, dance floor, a large sunporch, and seating for up to 125 people. Room is complete with your AV Equipment needs, including Data Projector, Podium/mic, 2 wireless handheld mics, Lavalier mic, Electric Screen (wall mounted), CD Player, 8"X8"X8" stage, and 2 easels.

When the East Rooms are combined, you gain access to two bars, a dance floor, a small sundeck, a large sunporch, and seating for up to 270 people. Complete with the AV Equipment you need, including a Data Projector, Podium/mic, 2 wireless handheld mics, Lavalier mic, Electric Screen (wall mounted), CD player, 8"X8"X8" stage, and 2 easels.

The outdoor pool is available for members only during facility hours.
