Visit the Club for dinner this evening and taste some special creations from our talented culinary team!  Also a great opportunity to invite your guests that may be interested in membership to come out, have dinner and take a look around the club.

Grilled Filet Mignon with Boursin Cheese Potato Croquettes and a Summer Vegetable Medley with Balsamic Glaze and Crispy Fried Shallots

Pan Seared Salmon with Spring Vegetable Risotto, Wild Mushrooms with Asparagus and a Roasted Corn Sauce

Choice of Desserts

Classic Key Lime Pie

Creamy Chocolate Pudding with Cinnamon Whipped Cream and Candied Pistachios

Two complimentary glasses of Wine included with each meal
